Follow-up on the release of this PR: the push event for the merge commit (4e48e01b) only triggered 1 of the 3 expected push-on-main workflows. create-release.yml and push.yml had no run created at all, and nightly-release.yml (run 32984460984) stayed stuck in queued. This correlates with two resolved GitHub Actions incidents on 2026-08-26, not a repo change — both v2.14.0 and v2.14.1 show all three workflows running normally.

Because main HEAD was still exactly this release commit and create-release.yml accepts workflow_dispatch, the draft release was recovered without re-cutting the release: https://github.com/databricks/databricks-vscode/actions/runs/33053255275
